You can reach the Safer Play Guide team at [email protected]. We welcome questions about safer gambling, corrections to anything published on the portal, and ideas for topics you would like us to cover.
What you can write to us about
We read every message sent to our inbox. If you have a question about setting limits, taking a break or finding support, write it as clearly as you can and we will point you to the right resource or explain how the tool works. Spotted something on the site that looks out of date or unclear? Let us know which page and what needs fixing.
Topic suggestions are always useful. If there is an aspect of safer play we have not covered yet, or a question that came up in your own experience, send it our way. We cannot promise to write about every idea, but each one helps us understand what matters to readers.
What happens after you write
You will receive a reply within 48 hours on weekdays. Our responses aim to clarify how safer gambling tools work and where to find the help organisations that can offer direct support. We are an information portal, not a treatment service or advisory body, so we cannot provide personal recommendations or clinical guidance.
What this portal cannot help with
Questions about a specific account, a payment issue or a complaint against a gambling site need to go to that site's own customer service team. We do not have access to operator systems and cannot intervene in individual cases. For urgent help with problem gambling, contact the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (free, 24/7) or visit GamCare and BeGambleAware directly.
Safer Play Guide is an information site. We publish no goods or services. For free, confidential support with gambling, contact BeGambleAware.org. 18+
